      Solid pharma player, multiple health care lines of business, open to move people around the world.

      Always trying to engineer a complex org structure. More departmental focus than customer focus, talks about existing silos but doesn't engage in clearly adopting a go to market, customer centric approach beyond speech. Wants to change, but only slowly and gradually. At the top, the French nationality prevails more than it should - no intent to change this bias. On gender balance, there is a real agenda.
