      Better than other large pharma

      Pros

      Salary is pretty good. Benefits are adequate. Flexible work environment (depending on your job responsibilities). Parent company is Novartis so there's money for all the big pharma perks.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't fantastic (adequate, but I've had far better with other pharma companies). It's generics, so there's a stigma and you're viewed as different than parent-company Novartis; you also have far-tighter budgets.
