      Pros

      Good facilities, great people, strong supportive leadership at the higher levels, recognize employees for strong job performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.

      Cons

      Communications during inclement weather, and during plant outages due to unforseen circumstances could improve, to notify employees of plant conditions when out of the ordinary.

      It is good money for awhile. A place to go if you want to work all the time

      Cons

      Too much work. Not enough recognition. There are hardly raises and if there are it's not enough. There's no appreciation for the employees they work there. There is no consistency in the work.
