      Pros

      As this is a generic company, there is a lot of opportunity to learn quickly which differs from a branded company. Since a high turn over of people, there is a lot of opportunity to change positions.

      Cons

      The culture is very aggressive and people that make it to the top are either totally incompetent or bullies. The company does not foster collaboration as the managers are not properly trained to create a team-based work environment. There is a high turnover of people as the company invests nothing into culture or the people. Development of people is rather poor.

      Pros

      Senior management is attentive, dynamic, visionary. Culture is professional yet fun. Coworkers have a great sense of team.

      Cons

      There has been a bit of a work/life balance issue in the past - now definitely corrected. Changes were championed by all levels of management. This company takes people (and results) to heart.
