Very nice team, competent and driven people in the sales force as well at the headquarters.

Cons

Poor talent management, fast-moving environment and poor communication of disability to supply / interim disposals, sometimes the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing .

Working here is relatively fast paced; therefore, it is always interesting.

Cons

There is no investment in the people or their development. They often hire externally for leadership positions when perfectly good internal candidates apply. People that can sell themselves and not deliver do extremely well here.
