Too many reporting layers (4-5 layers) between developer and CiO making senior managers losing insight Non professional ERP QM process causing extensive amount of time wasted on non value added paper work. It is ironical that an IT department is not capable to provide a solution for user to edit test report electronically. All ERP test reports at Sandoz must be hand written. So far, I only saw QM controlling the position of signature and the format of date, nothing else.

This company strives on the backs of its employees. Regardless of their marketed values and mission, they don't show any care of employees wellbeing. Most teams are undersized or staffed with unqualified people because cost is the main concern. This leaves each employee doing work for at least 3 people. The environment promotes and fosters superiority. Even first level management behave like they own the company and they treat their subordinates like slaves not caring 1% about their states.
