      The management has no concern about the employee...they are not ready to give you holidays at all..even in ur one on one this point comes up that u took a lot of holidays if one has consumed the share of holidays allotted to him/her... no concern for the field u want to work in...they just pick u from one proj and put u in another without asking ur preference....the management is absolutely incapable...in short think of ur worst nightmare and that is it....

      career development opportunity is so good. because C&T is now expanding its buiness market. so there are many opportunities to grow with the company
