      Good benefits apart from the salary No hidden costs.They give you what they offer . Get to travel to Korea/US often.

      Cons

      Its either the case of too much work or too less work. Amount of time you are required to be present every day.

      Pros

      the team culture is very nice, the great place to work initiative is a nice way of engaging the employees and maintaining the work life balance. they compansate extra day work by off on a later working day.

      Cons

      the rating system is not appropriate, more transparency in this regard. some of the senior managers try to act as dictators, only because of few the culture gets affected.

      but there is a very small marketshare to vie for and the competition is hectic and this makes the work-life balance awry
