Cons
1. Will make you work on weekends not because of their is a lot of work but to impress the higher management to show how hardworking the team is and does not get assigned more work. 2. Violated the HR policy that says you can't make interns stay overtime by threatening that you won't be given full-time offer if you report or don't stay back. 3. Major verification of new models is done between August and December, they will probably fire you as an intern after this period if you had not given in to all their demands during the internship with a smile. 4. Someone always gets sexually harassed after their office parties but no action is ever taken because the harassment is always done by senior members who protect each other, victim blame and force the victim to resign. 5. All of this is specific to the SQA department of SRI-D
