      Salesforce is full of smart and creative people who are passionate about innovation and customer success The CEO and executive leadership team do an excellent job ensuring all employees are aligned with the company vision and inspired to contribute The products are incredible

      Cons

      There is a fair amount of politics and in many pockets there is a culture of blame rather than enablement. Hyper competitive, low level of quota attainment

      Flexible working hours, get to work on some fun projects.

      Cons

      Nobody cares for designs other than the designers themselves. Management just want to get stuff out and don't care much about the quality of the product.
