Highly competative environment that lends itself to favoritism & backhanded ways of moving up the latter (@ss kissing, throwing colleagues under the bus) Difficult place to get ahead in unless you kill yourself Work life balance can be difficult when trying to advance in career There is so much going on, at times it's almost too much. It's hard to keep up with all the changes and management doesn't do a great time of giving you time to be trained when changes arise Has lost the startup vibe- which means the employees suffer. SFDC is now more concerned with making money than protecting their employees
