      - Very well supported on every aspect of the job : skills / community / process / next step / team / ... - Strong connection with the teams even in Covid context - Management focused on performance in a productive and effective approach : new ways to be best at the job / capitalise on existing skills / adapted support depending on each personality - A lot of give and back / Ohana / company way of working match with the values communicated - If you are curious and willing to work in innovative sectors and topics + enjoy working as a team + like challenges + always searching for improving yourself at what you do -> Salesforce is for you ! Very happy and recommend strongly the company !

      Internal communication is sometimes difficult but Covid context does not help
