      Pros

      Benefits are quite good, in particular parental related benefits for young families. To be honest that's about where the pros end.

      Cons

      Weak and ineffective leadership, especially at the first line manager level. Mostly administrative sales managers who are more concerned about making an internal dashboard look good but with little substance in front of clients and hardly any industry contacts or relationships to bring to the table. High amount of favouritism. Very superficial culture, big emphasis placed on the external appearance than actual substance. Essentially those who make a lot of noise and are "visible" benefit from the good territories regardless of their real capabilities.
