      - benefits - compensation generally incentivizing - a lot of opportunities to grow - this ecosystem will set you up for life in your career

      Cons

      - you are at the mercy of your team, manager, and territory - corporate nonsense in exchange for decent comp - priorities are changing 100% of the time - difficult to actually care about customers instead of focusing only on money - new comp plans very vague and unclear
