Work is very intense, but also hindered by: - Too much "noise" on Slack channels: again very much "self-service" culture: you are responsible for following up with all communications channels which are pertinent to your role/department/region + general corp announcements. It's nearly impossible to keep up to speed and your bandwidth takes a toll. - Too much of a "self service" culture when it comes down to employee support (for HR or IT for example) - so it's sometimes challenging to reach full resolution because you are not able to speak with the key persons directly
