      Pros

      Working at Salesforce as a Customer Success Manager has allowed me to develop a lot of skills, both technical and relational. The environment is dynamic, and the strong focus on customer success makes the role very rewarding.

      Cons

      Workload can sometimes be heavy, especially during project deadlines. The pace can be intense, so prioritization is essential.

      Pros

      Salesforce really is a great place to work. There are so many products meaning room for growth and internal moves. The company culture is overall kind and inclusive. The Paris office is really great with beautiful office space, views and snacks. They organize a lot of events and it's really a fun place to be. Lastly, the benefits at Salesforce are amazing (6 month maternity leave, etc.) and this keeps a lot of people at the company.

      Cons

      You need to be ready for continuous change at Salesforce. There are constantly new org changes, periodic layoffs etc. It's really just part of working at the company.

      Salesforce is an ideal workplace if you like working in a vibrant, fast paced culture. The environment is filled with amazing colleagues who have stimulated and challenged me professionally. The culture is also conducive to building strong personal relationships, as I have made some great friends personally.
