      Excellent emloyer, endless oppourtunities and tools are available to further yourself and move around within the business, reasonable levels of reward in terms of salary and benefits, supportive working environment and a company that does actually seem to care about the health and welfare of its employees (many just do it for marketing)

      Cons

      Nothing huge at all, culture is a little old fashioned but is being worked on and improved for with great sucess.
