Nice office space and food.

Unrealistic goals. No leadership or direction at the EVP level. Commitments made by management not honored.

Good work but over managed rules not the same for everyone.

Cons

Over managed , Company only works when useful for them. even tops sales people are pushed out so don't plan on being long term employment in sales . Move on
