      Pros

      Sage proclaims it is a human company and IT IS. Human is at the heart of everything we do, internally or externally. There is a real sense of caring and ensuring people are well in their job. DEI is a also real matter at Sage and makes me highly proud of working for a company that puts such importance on these matters. I do believe that from a human perspective, working at Sage makes me a better manager.

      Cons

      Communication flows can sometimes be complicated and hard to follow / create misunderstandings. Can do better on sustainability matters, need to accelerate transformation.

      Pros

      Entreprise dans laquelle, il est possible de travailler en mode hybride, y compris la possibilité sur quelques semaines par an de travailler aussi de l'étranger. Bienveillance et soutien pendant des périodes compliquées comme la Pandémie passée.

      Cons

      Il y a beaucoup d'information à l'attention des collaborateurs et ce n'est pas toujours évident de suivre :)

      Cons

      The only downside is that the sheer size of our company often makes it difficult to do things on a micro scale: it takes a lot of time and energy to achieve a given goal. Relevant actions are put in place but without any link between them, which makes them unusable (e.g. a real count of the number of days of personal development carried out by each person).
