Pros

- pay is above average for the region - maternity and paternity pay are good

Cons

- work culture is absolutely toxic. They care more about policies than people - they are super strict on office attendance. Even if your local office is 1.5 hour+ commute, they force you to attend - management is woeful and if you dare question it, your time at Sage is numbered - systems are appalling and never get adequate updates - basically, if you speak up at all, a target is on your back - extremely hierarchical - unhealthy work life balance of management who expect the same from you, especially if you want to progress - experts at burying their heads in the sand

We’re glad you enjoy the working environment and the people around you. Flexibility is really important to us. While we’ve increased time in the office to help strengthen our community-led culture and build cross-functional relationships, colleagues still have two days a week to work from anywhere outside the office. We also offer flexibility around working hours to help colleagues manage personal responsibilities, such as childcare. Additionally, colleagues have access to our Work Away framework allowing them to work from over 40 countries worldwide for up to 10 weeks each year. That said, we're committed to continuous learning and innovation of our work experiences. We will keep striving to adapt our ways of working to support both collaboration and individual needs.

Pros

Good company benefits like pension Ok salary (but offset by impossible to reach OTC)

Cons

Targets turned into a finger in the air, followed by PIPs if you couldn't hit the made up targets Constantly changing the lower level staff blaming us, perhaps consider that the real issue starts much much higher up. Take some accountability
