- inclusive environment - management is supportive and transparent - yearly bonus - 25 days of paid vacation - multicultural teams

Cons

- 3 mandatory days at the office per week (it used to be one and optional) - average age range is 40/50 years old - no events/team buildings organized by the company - no possibility to travel to meet team colleagues
