      Sage is well engaged on an exciting journey. it has transformed into a modern and innovative powerhouse with a future brimming with potential. The company's ability to grow and adapt is truly inspiring, making it an exciting place to be. Sage offers an opportunity to impact change and make a real difference. It is a place where I work with great people who have a strong sense of belonging and where anyone can contribute new ideas in a supportive environment.

      Cons

      Change can be challenging, especially with new ways of working. Rethinking everyone's roles can be difficult especially with a push for higher performance. Processes sometimes get in the way but it all worth fighting for.

      Pros

      Working has Sage has been fantastic, especially recently. I have the right balance of knowing what I’m doing but also moving out of my comfort zone. This has come about through honest and open conversations with the people I support. The benefits are, in my opinion some of the best on the market. Our offices in the north east are beautiful and out front of house do an amazing job of making anyone who crosses their desk feel like they’re a VIP.

      Cons

      If you don’t like a fluid way of working where there will be changes and fast pace, this isn’t for you.
