Pros

Salary and benefits good. Some people are good but are constantly being shifted around to other parts of the business.

Cons

Resource levels not sustainable. People constantly asked to do more with less because AI exists, but there are no tangible use cases for it incorporated into everyday processes. Now it isn’t uncommon to see people online at 10pm and later. Strategy seems to be in constant flux. One minute you’re told something is important, the next it’s at the bottom of the (long) list. Fragmented ways of working. People doing their best but no frameworks, joined up systems or processes.

Pros

Throughout my career, I have never received such strong support for my personal development from my manager, thanks to all the training opportunities offered by the Learning and Development team. Taking initiative and working together to achieve the group’s goals are also central to the growth of my role.

Cons

Be able to work in a multicultural environment, as there will be exchanges and projects involving multiple countries, and of course, be fluent in English
