Pros

The engineers here have excellent quality standards, and are a lot of fun to work with. SYSTRA is a French company, so we have great coffee and a laid back atmosphere. We are on the forefront of technology for transportation systems since we design them all over the world. The senior management really cares here and knows how to motivate staff in a positive way!

Cons

On occasion we are expected to work late to balance deadlines dictated by the clients. I have seen the same issue with every consulting firm I've worked for, and this is a difficult part of our business.

Cons

- Companies policies and process are in process to taking place, It will take time to have a complete and functional structure. - the room of visibility to understand the importance of Support staff to support the company growth is missing.

Being able to work with professionals coming from different countries. This really opens up your mind to different cultures which can help improve the team building between employees.

Cons

Career opportunities are sometimes not published for professionals outside of the company. Some of the job recruitment advertisements are written in French instead of English.
