Pros
1. It's well established. 2. public holidays are off. 3. good international environment 4. The pay is on good monthly basis never gets late
Cons
1. The company doesn't provide family medical insurance. 2. The pay isn't good enough nor bad. 3. The HR team change they deals, they say verbally something and in real life ( On site) is something else. 4. They don't get involve in internal problems especially if it's Manager related. 5. they don't follow the code of ethics.
