Salary will come in your account between 2-6th of the month.
Cons
No HR system. You will never know whom you have to contact. It is like a labour supply company in which you do not know what is your role in company. You will be treated what Clients want to be, you can never know what is your status in company. Sometimes they will not give your salary also and will not reply to your mails. Notice period is of 3 months After 3 months the 3rd month salary will come after 45 days of leaving. They dont give increment timely, even if you get increment it will be 4-6 percent. You will only get salary and medical insurance other than that no other benefits are there.
