Pros

Good Company with growth opportunities. Management team is engaged and forced on internal growth

Cons

Pays well but it is a physical job and not for everyone. Local routes for drivers and day shift work for warehouse / clerical employees

Pros

First shift and 4 day work week

Cons

No work/life balance for supervisors. Management allows labor union workers to get away with anything. They are afraid of them. Management has no clue about what goes on in the warehouse. Cannot schedule resources properly. Makes for 12 to 13 to 14 to 15 hour days for no extra pay however the hourly staff get overtime pay and incentives to show up to work. Management gets to enjoy their holidays and weekends and evenings while supervisors slave away.

Good benefits, plenty of extra work to be done

Cons

Routes can change drastically every few months, poor management, late trailers, and bad warehouse packing add to the work, which isn't hourly pay.
