Pros

Money is great once your are out of training.

Cons

Your schedule is in the hands of management, and they dont communicate with you about what is going on. inconsiderate of your personal life and what may be going on at home prior to placing you on routes.

Pros

Pay and benefits are above average, mostly computer controlled manual Volvos. A few 10 speeds left. Company puts solo drivers up in hotels when doing layovers

Cons

Management provides very little support. Slip seating. Forward and rear facing cameras. Zero tolerance policy In use of any electronic devices (including hands free devices). Very small sleeper (just enough room to lie down)
