back breaking work unsafe environment they want you to work off the clock and if something were to happen to you while off the clock you're gone. they pretend they didn't know very unethical terrible managment

Opportunities to learn the industry. I recommend spending some time with SYGMA if you are new to a job and wish to gain experience. - Companies that will take you after your 2 years at SYGMA include: Big Lots, Honda, and Cardinal Health.

Cons

Loads of work, poor culture, senior staff are SYGMA lifers and lack the ability to incorporate strategies necessary to be relevant in todays climate. High turnover in all departments. Purchasing runs the company and the lack of structure leads to poor decisions at the cost of the company $.

Pros

Plenty of work. Good pay. I think management is pretty good here in Monroe, Mi. You have access to all management. They are trying to do a good job (growing pains).

Cons

They keep taking benefits away every year. This come from the company (Sysco) in Texas we are told. Drivers have NO driver representation. Many divers feel like they are not being heard.
