      The money is very good. Great benefits. Lots of time at home. They pay to get someone their CDL. They promote from within.

      Working nights. The work is physically demanding.

      - You get your full hours - You get 3 days off - Supervisors are great - After 90 days you get benefits - After 2 weeks you get a pay increase once hired on

      - No HR - They work you TO DEATH - Money isn't worth the physical labor - A lot of labor for one person, they don't have enough help hired
