      Pros

      There is plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      The overtime is mandatory, they will literally work you 14+ a day, then request that you be on-time the next day or you will get a point on your attendance. They have no idea how to run a warehouse without trying to get their employees to quit from exhaustion.
