You live there. They are very unorganized and nothing make sense. You as a supervisor do every thing, there is no supervising to your job. You work very hard to get the trucks out the door no matter what comes up. Your work 50 + hours and are told you need to take your work home with you because your to busy doing everyone else job to get to your.
