Will train, pays for trucking school, good way to get your foot in the door, friendly, work staff

Cons

Required to sign, two-year contract If you get cdl through them. Befits are expensive, extremely strict. Have to work holidays ie Christmas Thanksgiving, Fourth of July.

Everything else sucks. Hard work. Long hours. Terrible communication and management. Expensive benefits. Pay checks wrong etc….
