No pros used to be great but last few years they take ppl off the street hand them a cdl and throw em to the wolves you can hit bridges and be right back to work

High pay relaxed management. Can purchase foods very cheap if package damaged.

Cons

Extremely demanding drivers. Dirty trucks. Underfunded repair shop. Mechanics have to do job of mechanic, parts, and dispatcher for road calls.
