      Not a professional company to work in. Low wages , 15$ An hour to put up with so much. Driver’s did not like the transportation supervisors because of there disrespectful attitudes and left in droves. You would think if your most useful employee’s are leaving at a fast rate the president would change management nope. That’s why they are in the place they are in now having job fairs every week. Be in a clique do what you want never get fired or written up.

      Decent benefits. That is it.

      Cons

      They will overwork and underpay you. Constant lies and broken promises. A severe lack of safety culture. The facility does not have any system in place to prevent trailers from being pulled out while being loaded. In the last 3 weeks that I worked there, they had 3 near misses of jacks falling off of the dock due to trailers pulling out. AND NO ONE CARED!? Like, come on dudes. That's someones life.

      Pros

      There are no pros after the veil of corporate glam is lifted. Reality is, this place is a heart attack waiting to happen.

      Cons

      This company is not a place to call home. There are very few people of color who advance, all of the people who hold any power over purchasing are white women. They do not care about parents with children in school while we are all remote. They will question why you're not working at 8pm but then they will question why you are. They force you to make shady business deals with truck companies to make money. HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. I am leaving as soon as I can.
