Pros

Pay is better than most, as well as the benefits.

Cons

Of the four direct line transportation supervisors, only one has ever been a delivery driver himself. Without actually doing the work yourself and experiencing the problems that a driver encounters, a supervisors cannot really understand what a driver go thru on a daily basis. Once you hit driver 3 after three years, there is no driver 4 even if you have been here ten years or more. Which means that a three year old driver makes just the same as a ten year senior driver.

Pros

SYGMA has good pay and benefits. The people that I worked were nice and I learned a lot. It is a fast paced company

Cons

The business is low margin with national account chain restaurants. Unfortunately the clients have a significant amount of control relative to the company's success.
