      Pros

      Good way to get some basic industry experience to put on a resume. Training programs are well done and thorough.

      Cons

      The promotional process is ridiculously complicated and requires huge amounts of jumping through hoops on your own time outside of work. Also, jumping through those hoops in a timely manner is required if you don't want to get canned. Apt to make you just stop caring. Insensitive mid level management, and oblivious upper level management. Additionally, none of the management, including low level managers, actually had to jump through the hoops they now force on new hires. Also currently an oppressive place to work due to relentless layoffs month after month.

      Fixed step promotion, you are promoted based on your performance and meeting various requirements, not on time at the company.

      The industry is very dynamic they hire and fire based on industry demands

      open and many opportunities for promotion, fair to everybody, diversity culture in all locations, travelling and transfer in the world.

      Cons

      fair salary but not high; no stability of management as people come and go. frequent change of management. complicated structure
