      Pros

      hands on challanging job that requires hard work and dedication. you will get a lot of responsibility very quickly and it will be up to you to thrive in those conditions or fall out.

      Cons

      The job requires a non-traditional lifestyle. It is not monday through friday and there is not such thing as a 40 hr week. Average work weeks are 65-70 hrs but it does not seem like you are working that much if you really enjoy it.

      company is too big, when I am working a product which is created twenty five years ago, it is always not so easy
