Excellent Training Programme Technically Challenging Duties which helps to quickly build competence Multicultural Work Environment Diversity is by Default Fairness to some extent in the way people get promoted

Cons

Could be overdemanding as Employer Sometimes some incompetent people get to management positions and they cause employees demotivation. Processes are sometimes ignored to "save cost"

Exposure to multicultural environment with high chance to be based in different parts of the world. Rewarding job. Wide opportunities to develop the career inside the company.

Cons

Poor work/life balance, especially for field employees. Complicated procedures and policies. Being in a service company you will get pressurized from two sides, the client and the management which most of the time it will be really stressful.
