      Pros

      Good experience builder. Good Training program. Good Gender and Cultural Diversity. Lots of travel. Merit matters. Work with very smart people making you smarter.

      Cons

      Bad for stable family life. Too many Transfers. Some bad Managers are allowed to sneak up the ladder, and they are then difficult to get rid of later.

      The projects are attractive and focused on the oil and gas industry. the brand name of Schlumberger is also very valuable

      Cons

      The projects performed are in remote locations. The work to life balance is not very attractive. The coaching can be improved.
