      poor culture, lack of incentive from management, career majorly dependent on whether ur manager or whoever is overseen ur training likes you or not..

      Pros

      Challenge work daily. Pleasant teamwork. You can literally learn things from anyone around you. Lots of opportunities. Benefits and rewards are good comparing to other industry company. Flexible working schedule. Coworkers are nice and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Some decisions do not make too much sense from the employee's point of view but the management may have a bigger picture. Deadline could be tight. Benefits are not as good comparing to other companies in the same industry and are declining in the recent years. In general not too many cons.
