      Pros

      Good career opportunity for junior and middle management. Strong team culture, plenty of training and development opportunities. International exposure.

      Cons

      Very demanding company in terms of performance. International exposure could have negative impact on the personal life. Increasingly political atmosphere especially at the upper management.

      Pros

      Good salary, good benefit including health plan, the career path is well defined, traveling around the globe and the training is simply awesome.It's a good company to start a career fresh from school especially if you are not married and don't have family.

      Cons

      Some mentors are not willing to give it all to the trainees especially if you are an Engineer trainee and the mentor is a Specialist .Paper work in some segments like Westerngeco is just too much of work (some of them are just outdated) and worst case is the way people are getting laid off, it's so annoying. Get ready for a disgraceful layoff using a phone call while you are spending your time off.

      Pros

      The company offered good medical benefit, the pay is above market pay. It's has employees from 40 different countries and there's an opportunity to work abroad. There's allowance for those working in Geomarket timezone. Due to high turn over, there's high chances to get promoted.

      Cons

      Be prepare to work long hours and sleepless night. Too much work load for 1 person and the work process is very manual. Some departments or teams have strong office politics and discrimination.High turnover.
