      Pros

      Great amount of internat rotation; good level of trainning; international relationships; English and German spoken most of the time. Job and Salary conditions are properly balanced compared to other automotive companies in Spain.

      Cons

      Dependency on the VW Group means no to have own leadership. Decisions are made in Germany, far away from the spanish reality.

      There was no pros about working here they are a disgrace.

      Cons

      The managers there were just horrible and they picked on certain employees belittling them and making them feel rubbish. The HR department where as helpful as a chocolate tea pot when it come to getting serious matters sorted out. I would not wish anybody to every bother working there and good luck if you do try, it’s by far the worst place I have ever worked and I honestly hated and dreaded going into work everyday when I was there.
