Great team spirit and lots of career options. Compensation & Benefits are relatively competitive in Canada There is a good balance between work and private life Competitive bonus plan

Cons

It's not easy to get promoted Too many re-organization. Changes in technology and processes are very slow. Low quality of acceptance tests. There are no HR events.

Very good benefits, good salary, VERY stable positions. Lifetime based contracts. Huge large scale enterprise tasks to tackle.

Cons

Pretty hard to move things as a developer, you need years to get into a position where your work really matters

Good atmosphere. Takes care of the workers. Very financially sound.

Cons

ABAP can be a dead end to your carrier. Many unstable projects - meaning lots of shifting between projects. Puts ALL of the future eggs (HANA) in one basket. At least they have the good old R3 to fall back on.
