- Awesome place to start a career, lots of processes and quality people that give you a real structure of mind that later enables you to innovate without being messy - Most people are very intelligent and interesting -Powerful brand, makes things easier with suppliers/clients -great benefits

Cons

- too many processes mean less agility - your starting salary is highly unlikely to evolve - fast paced environment, can be difficult for some people - unclear matrix structure

SAP offers many learning opportunities through a very large project and product portfolio, some of them being really cutting edge. A huge number of functional areas are covered. Good benefits and equity programs.

Cons

Unfortunately, even if internal mobility is officially encouraged, it's proven difficult to find a new assignment. Many top-down decisions. High degree of bureaucracy. Tends to reinvent the wheel.
