Pros

SAP offers various advantages, but most important is that it has a corporate life. The quiet comfortable situation for a developer.

Cons

It's still a big company and it will depend on the project on which you work. So things can be slow sometimes but again it will on your team and the project.

Friendly Environment, good teamwork, great start salary, oportunity to work with the new languages and some older ones.

Cons

Its a bit hard to adapt because of legacy codes and specific tools. A bit far from the capital of the state.

Cons

You do not work on the latest technology stack. You might have to work with very old code; can be a bit frustrating at times.
