      Great products and cloud move although slow, is good

      Cons

      Activity measurement in place - right behaviours to drive, is just being busy good ? Hindsight mgmt being used.... huge pressure with conflicting targets, poor service - unreliable products and data centres, poor culture - little strategic planning done on accounts, too short term, not client focussed - transactional behaviour generally.

      Pros

      Great company in most European countries, especially UK, Germany and, most importantly, in US. Products are great especially in the cloud. CEO is a great, visionary leader

      Cons

      Talking exclusively about Italy, I've never seen such a badly organized company.
