      Full job with benefits and 401k

      Cons

      Management and human resources work against its employees instead of with.them. Human resource is suppose to be for the employees but it wasn't like that at this facility. You were always on your toes in fear of doing something wrong to lose your job .

      Pay is mediocre with good benefits.

      Cons

      The workplace is complete silence with very little tolerance for interaction with other employees face-to-face (once a month). My manager refused to train me in everything I needed and was a poor teacher to an EIT. My manager was also dishonest with me. Promotion was based on time served and not merit. I got out as soon as I could.
