Head Office has a terrible culture of backstabbing, hypocrisy and favouritisms.
They will try their best to save money giving you extra work and not paying you for overtime.
Staff is treated like numbers. No consideration whatsoever for personal circumstances or problems that can affect your performance. If you don't produce at the rate they want you to, you're out.
Trainer is the worst person I have ever met in my entire career: spending her time to be fake, gossiping around and reporting false information to the senior management. What this person is really paid for is not training but backstabbing. Awful.
HR people are useless. They just follow head office management 's orders like brainless robots. No work ethic whatsoever. Will try to get money from you without giving reasons or openly lying to your face. Shameless!
The whole company philosophy is constantly denied by the behaviour of HO people and senior management. They preach about inner beauty and kindness and sharing love while what they do is the exact opposite.
I have never worked for such a bunch of hypocrites characters before.
Really the worse company you can work for, unless you are a hartless social climber who feels confortable lying and backstabbing all day every day.
