Pros

- The company has an outstanding culture, genuinely cares about employees' overall well-being, and consistently goes to great lengths to seek feedback and improve. - Awesome benefits package. - So many talented folks to work with. - Great game titles to contribute your passion and love.

Cons

- Some managers occasionally provide inconsistent feedback, which can lead to confusion in the actual work and cause progress to stall. - In some internal incubated projects, a lack of experience and vision can lead to promising, creative ideas being stalled, while comparatively less exciting projects still get the green light. - In certain projects, it can be challenging to maintain a work-life balance.
